Appointment:

Clients must provide accurate location details to ensure timely service

Cancellation Policy

For any service cancellations within 10 hours of the scheduled appointment time, including individual services within a group, a 50% charge of the service price will apply. For any service cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment time, including individual services within a group, a 100% charge of the service price will apply. For appointments booked with less than 3 hours’ notice, you will have a 5-minute grace period to cancel after receiving your confirmation.

EARLY APPOINTMENT FEE

YOU WANT TO BOOK 5 AM TO 5.59 AM THAT TIME YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA $50 AND YOU WANT TO BOOK 6AM TO 6.59 AM YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA $25.

Grace Period

Clients are given a 15 minute grace period for all appointments booked with glamour village. If your professional(s) is able to wait more than 15 minutes, a late fee of $20 per half hour will apply. Glamour village cannot guarantee your professional(s) will be able to wait longer than 15 minutes.

If your professional is not able to reach you at the time of your appointment, clients will be charged in full. Please provide our Professionals with a 10-15 minute grace period after your appointment start time. Our top priority is always timeliness but we appreciate your understanding that transportation delays can happen. If you have a time sensitive event we always encourage booking appointments with a cushion of time to ensure there are no delays.

Parking

Glamour Village Professionals will always attempt to find complimentary parking prior to your service. In the event they are unable to, they reserve the right to charge the full cost of parking.

This can either be charged to your room or the Professional will alert the Glamour village Customer Service Team so it can be added onto your final bill at the end of service.

If you are able to provide a free parking pass please alert the Glamour village Customer Service team at least 12 hours in advance.

Gratuity & Platform Fee

20% gratuity and a 15%platform fee is added to all services, including any upgrades or add-ons requested during time of service, and charged via the app to the card placed on file at the time of booking. No form of payment is required during the appointment.

Applicable Sales Tax. Glamour village is required under New York State law to charge an additional sales tax per transaction.

Payment Verification

Payment is processed when services are completed. At the time of booking, a verification is run to ensure your card has sufficient funds for requested service(s). This is reversed within seconds and will be removed from your statement. Time of removal varies per bank but is generally within 24 to 48 business hours.

Clients Responsibility:

Clients must ensure a safe and appropriate environment for the services.

you agree to: (a) create in your space a safe, clean, and reasonably comfortable workspace that is free of conditions that would make it difficult for our service providers to perform their jobs (b) refrain, and cause other individuals present in your household to refrain, from any speech, conduct, or personal displays that a reasonable person would find offensive, intimidating, hostile, harassing, indecent or abusive while our service providers are present. If you have pets, you agree to confine all of your pets to a room where our service providers will not be working. If you have a child or children under the age of 13, you agree that childcare (provided by someone other than you and our serviceprovider) will be present. This is important as the service provider will have equipment that can harm a child and our service provider will be focused on you.ALSO Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

Liability and Safety

Glamour Village is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin conditions that arise after services are performed.

Our professionals will take all necessary precautions to ensure safety and hygiene.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

The client behaves in an inappropriate or threatening manner.

The environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.

The client has a contagious condition that could put others at risk.
